will it ever end.

what we have been dealing since spring break first Kali with a cough/ 103 fever and finally a sinus infection. Then Kevin with the flu (it came on when the Swine flu was big news) and cough for 2 weeks and now me with a cough for 3 weeks and a double ear and upper respitory infection. I didn't think adults could get them, and all this with no insurence for me. I was put on 2 sets of antibiotics and now steroids and an inhaler, now Kaden and Tanner are coughing and complaining of sore throats. and we are leaving for Hawaii in 12 days. no fun:(

On May 4th it was my little girls birthday she is now 8 and I can't even believe it. She started out the celebration with a sleep over with her two best friends Taylor and Haiden.

She wanted a luau party so thats what we did.

Kali and I came up with all the games this is Tiki Bowling, we bowled with a coconut, and afterwards cracked it open and let the kids try the milk not very many kids liked it.

Kevin had the brilliant idea of going to the beach and getting a little bit of sun the weekend before his big graduation and trip to Virginia beach so we went to Emerald Isle. It was a very nice pleasant day, me and Kevin got so burnt that we are still pealing 3 weeks later. But I still have tan lines so I guess it was worth it.

Happy Birthday Kevin. Not only did Kevin graduate this weekend but it was his 36th birthday. One of his classmates had a huge pig pickin party to celebrate the end of school. Kevins parents and sister came it was so nice having them there. My parents were supposed to come but you know traveling stand by does not always work out the way you plan. We missed you mom and dad.

On the day Kevin graduated they invited all the families to come and see what the students have been up to for the last 28 months. This the simulation OR. Everyone got to try to intibate the dummy, it was very interesting. Thanks Kevin for showing us what you do every day it was very neat.

Then off the the fancey, shmacy dinner. Where we had yummy food and awards and their certificates were givin out, and a really nice slideshow of there time in school was presented.

Then it was off the Virginia Beach via Ocracoke, and the Outer Banks. This is the ferry ride over to Ocracoke, it was such a nice day

Cape Hatteras, I just love this lighthouse it is so neat to look at. It has been closed every other time we have been to the Outer Banks so we were so excited that it was open and we got to go up. Thanks Papa

We made it up to Norfolk VA that night. When we go up the next morning it was 59 degrees and rainy so we spent the day playing cards and swimming in the hotel pool. The next day was very nice so we toured the USS Wisconson a Naval ship. And the Historic distric if Norfolk

Then off the the beach again. It was such a beautiful beach and a very nice day. Thanks for the great trip Nana and Papa

Baseball season is coming to an end, I am so sad. Kadens team is 7 loses and 6 wins, Tanner is 6 loses and 5 wins, he still has 5 more game to be played, then it is the tournment so exciting
