Our new toys

 Our fun new toys!!!!!!  I never thought I would see the day.  Kevin, Kali and I went to try out our new toys the other day.  Buggying through the desert.

 Then we realized we needed one more seat seeing that we only had 4 in the buggys.  So Kevin bought a dirt bike.  He hates dirt bikes, the kids love them so I guess they win.

Mothers Day fun

 My mothers day request was to go down Salt River.  I love mothers day because my kids will do whatever I want without complaining.  So not only do I choose something fun for me, I choose something that I know normally my kids would complain about just for fun

 Kids skipping rocks, when we showed up at the river we thought wow its kind of not crowded, and really low.  Little did we know they fill up the lakes first then let the river run.  we were a week early.  the river was so slow and low.

 We had to get out numerous times to walk our tubes to a deeper spot.

 There were a few rapids, but the rocks were so shallow that we had to either get out or lift our butts real high.

 We started at 1:00 for a 2 1/2 hour ride......

 On thing about being a week early for the season, was there was no one else tubing , we were the only ones.  Well there was one guy.  It was so quiet and peaceful,  there were no annoying college students smoking, drinking and throwing marshmallows.   We were lucky enough to see 13 wild horses.  They were so beautiful.

 Notice the sun in the sky, our 2 1/2 hour ride turned into a 6 1/2 hour ride.  I loved it, it got a little old after a while, but it was a great day with my family. The sun was starting to set so I ended up pulling the hole family quite a ways down the river because I had the best shoes.  Kevin finally offered to pull us because it was mothers day.

dodge ball tournment

  Tanner and Kaden had a dodge ball tournament last Friday.   They named themselves the Fruit Baskets!!!

They are so cute there was Rawberry, The Grapist, Son of a Peach, Mangerine, Slaughtermelon, Bombagranit, and Painapple.  Most of the teams had silly outfits, but these guys were defiantly the best.

Kelsey and Tanner made this sign for us spectators.

They did so good they made it to the end where there was 4 teams left.  There was a major mistake made in the standings and they were booted out the second round of the championship.  they were undefeated until then. the boys argued for about 20 min after the game to have a replay but they wouldn't.  They were pretty upset that night but now they are over it.

The boys never got out they whole time until the last game and Tanner was the last one standing.  He tried real hard to stay in but it is hard when its just you.  They ended up coming in third place!!!!

My baby turns 12

I can't believe Kali is twelve!!!  I will have 3 teenagers in less than a year, scary.  Kali wanted a spa themed party this year.  We had so much fun coming up with ideas.  My Kali is so creative.

 My beautiful Kali girl.  I just love this girl, she loves to push my buttons but she is my best buddy, we do a lot together.  She loves to hang out with her friends, she loves her dogs.  She hates school.  she can't wait to move to Utah.  She is so creative and artsy, my type of girl.

 one of their favorite things at the party was drawing on the table cloth.  Kali wanted to keep it but I talked her into taking a picture and throwing it away.

 K so since I last posted a lot has happened.  We are officially moving June 6th our house is under contract, and we are in the process in buying our new fixer upper home in Bountiful.  The other day Tanner and Kelsey were board so I suggested they build a fort with all the boxes I have gathered.  I was pretty cool.

 It had a tunnel to enter and a secret passage to a secret room.
