Kaden had an early game so I got better pictures, unfortunately they called the game at 4 innings so he did not get to pitch, so I still don't have a good picture. But this is him stealing home, he scored 2 times this game and they finally won 7-10

Kaden on Second waiting for the next move.

Kaden making a great bunt, and running safely it to first base.

Tanner had his second game. We almost did not make it due to a last minute emergency visit to the doctor. Ok I will tell the story it's a good one. Kali had hurt her wrist skateboarding a few days earlier. She had complained about it a little but not much until Friday after school. So I decided to take her in so we didn't have to wait the hole weekend to take her in. We got an appointment right away and left for the doctors. It was 3:30 and we needed to leave for Tanner's game by 5:00, I knew we would be pushing it. When we got there I was already a little anxious because I knew we were in a hurry I opened my door and rrriiippp!!! the pocket on my favorite shorts (chelsea's favorite ones also) was ripped half way off, leaving a hole 2 inches long down my back side with my blue underwear hanging out. I had nothing to cover it so I just kept pulling my shirt to cover it. We got in to see the doctor within 20 minutes not to bad. The doctor came in and I explained the problem now I will try to quote her exactly "we are just about ready to close , I could just splint it until Monday and do the x-ray's then" I said that was probably fine since we were in a hurry also. Then she was so upset and said "no, you have already waited to long we can't wait another day, you will keep us here for 2 more hours waiting for the x-ray to come back, that was very poor planning" then walked out of the room. I was shocked, first off if I took Kali in to the doctors every time she hurt herself they would have a room named after her. I was trying so hard not to cry because that is what I do when I am frustrated. A nurse came in and told us to go down the street for x-rays. This whole time I am calling Tanner and Kaden (who stayed home) telling them to find Tanner's coaches number to get a ride. I wasn't allowed to have my phone on in the doctors offices, that was convenient. So I had to keep stepping outside. His game just happened to be 15 miles away in Grimesland. Kevin is out of town in Myrtle Beach at a conference. I miss my family a lot, but in cases I really miss my family. To make a already long story shorter, Kali is fine she has a sprained wrist. She likes the attention she gets from her ace bandage around her wrist.

Any way we made it to Tanner's game half an hour late at 7:00. The coach is telling him to run as soon as he sees him getting out of the car. He is up to bat right then. He swings at the first pitch and hits the ball way over the center fielders head.

Just some cute pictures of Tanner, another late game so some more bad pictures.

The next inning he did it finally his dream has come true, he hit the ball over the fence, center field. And got a 3 run home run. He was on fire. They ended up losing but it was a great game.

I'm soooo sorry you had to deal with all that...the nurse sounds like a real "b." I would have yelled back at her, and would love to call and yell at her if you would like me to. In fact, it might make my day. Just let me know :-).

Your kiddos are such good ball players, I wish I could see them play.

Pool Kal Pal! Get better my girl!
