We are so happy to have our dad playing with us, he got a snow day after working a 16 hour shift the day before
Notice Kevin is still in shorts. (will he ever learn)
The kids wouldn't even come in for lunch today so we have corn dogs in the garage.
The snowmen lasted a few hours but the snow was melting so fast, they all tipped over.
I've said it before and I will say it again, these North Carolinian's are very wimpy when it comes to weather. It snowed all day Tuesday, everthing was closed down, Wednesday it was sunny and 40 degrees everything was still closed. Last night we got a call that school would have a 2 hour delay today (Thursday) It makes me laugh.

you know i was young when we lived in nc but i don't remember it snowing...ever! what fun. all we have is rain today but it looks like snow in the mountains. let's hope because we're going snowboarding tomorrow and the resort really NEEDS snow. i love your snowmen. and how did you get the head on your's and kevin's?
What a snowman! Way to go guys. I'm glad Kevin got to help out too, it's always fun to have your Dad home!
