They had people all dressed up and acting as if we were back in the day. They were playing music it was very neat. After we took Kaden to the first Pepsi store in the world. (he was the only one who didn't complain the whole time) He got to get a Pepsi as a treat. Then we walked on the main street downtown New Bern and ate some lunch at a quaint little restaurant. It was very relaxing.
Sunday was even warmer 71 degrees, so after Kaden's baseball evaluation me, Kaden, and Kali took a bike ride at River Park North. Tanner wouldn't go he said he couldn't ride his bike because of his arm. Yea right.

Oh how fun! That looked a lot like Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia. I am a little disappointed you didn't pay closer attention to the history, kim. :-( Oh well - glad you enjoyed some aspect of it. I am getting excited to come see you guys! Only about a month!
I love all of your pictures! I especially liked the ones of Kaden leaning in the arch, all the kiddos in front of the brick wall and the kids running to the building! So cute. Good job! It looks like you guys had lots of fun! By the way, I wouldn't have paid any attention to the history either. Sorry to disappoint Wes but BORING with a capitol B!

it would be so nice to have that warm of weather right now! I love New Bern a few times we went down there and just drove around and walked around and looked at all the cool houses and dreamed really dreamed we could buy one some day but that will never happen $$$$$$!
