Good news and Bad news
Well the good news it that we finally made a decision and so will know where we will be this next year, but the bad news is that it will be here, and not home. It's not all bad, we don't have to pack up right now and worry about selling our house at this awful time. Kevin gets a huge sign on bonus that will help with bills. We can explore the East Coast more before we head back west. And it will go by so fast, this first 2 1/2 years sure have.

So, where's the good news? Just kidding. I'm really sad about this, I was hopeing you would come home. We all miss you so much! It's great that Kevin gets a sign on bonus and like you say, it will go by fast.
I'm with Brit where was the good news in that? Just kidding, we are just being selfish. We were hoping it was good news to us and you guys all the way across the country is NOT good news to any of us back home! You are so strong though I know it will really be a piece of cake for you. Hey, and look at the bright side, it will only be better than the last 2 1/2 years because Kevin will be around more to help and you won't miss any site seeing you may have other wise missed. Well, we are very excited to see you guys this summer and hope you stay for a long long time! Love ya all!
I'm not too surprised I think you've been getting us slowly used to the idea for a while. I'm just glad you still call there, here and home,home. At least you still know where your real home is. I'm sure it at least feels good to have a plan.

Yeah for a job and yeah for staying back east longer. It gives me more time to get to North Caroline!

Okay - now that I got that out...I am happy a decision has been made albeit a bad one. No, I think you guys are doing what is right and of course we wish you THE BEST! I look forward to seeing you in a VERY short time and I hope you ALL can make it out this summer.
I would stay in NC too. Good for you and good luck. I am excited for you. Sad for your extended family but happy for you.
