The cold has finally hit NC

It got up to a steaming 41 degrees today, the coldest day so far this year. I guess we should expect it by now it is December after all, we are just so spoiled. Kali was out jumping on the tramp all bundled up.

WARNING!!!!! GROSS PICTURES

This is what Tanner's arm looked like a few days before we went in for surgery to clean up the infection and get the plates out.

Here it is now, we go in Monday to see what's next. He will for sure have to be on antibiotics for another 6 weeks.

This is the hardware they took out of Tan's arm

He is doing good now, his arm is still kind of sore but he is pretty much back to normal. Tomorrow is the year anniversary of his accident and he is hopefully on the road to recovery.

I can't believe the doctor let the infection go as long as he did. We are glad to see Tanner getting better. That is really gross Tanner ;-/

Wow, even though I knew what was going on, that took me by surprise. I'm so glad you got all that stuff out of you and hope everything keeps going well.
That picture of Kali is so Kali. I love her personality and it shines through in that picture. I miss you guys so much, especially this time of the year. I'm looking forward to our cruise.

I'm not exactly sure as to what I am typing here because I am having to do it whilst peering though the veil of vomit that now covers my entire computer screen.:-) I hope the little guy is better soon and off the antibiotics - no fun at all! I wish we had your warm winter here :-(

COOL pictures Tanner. Thanks for posting them Kim. I am a little morbid when it comes to this kind of stuff. I'm glad it's going to feel much better now. That is one tough looking scar!
