Tanner got braces, he was begging to get them. He has fairly straight teeth, but he did have a molar that came in sideways, so we thought give him is wish and get braces. So far so good he hasn't complained to much about them. Neither me or Kevin every had braces so it is all new for us.

We are trying to stay cool this fall. The best way to do it is go to Canyon Lake. My kids are crazy they were jumping off this cliff. First they have to scale up this 40+ foot wall. It makes me so nervous.
Kali invited her friend Kaylee to the lake, and she would even hardly go in the water. She hung out right on the rocks the whole time. I'm not sure why she agreed to come.
We drove up the road a few miles past the lake and saw this way cute "town", Tortilla Flat. We stopped by the general store and got prickly pear cactus ice cream.

My dogs are so easy going. The kids got the great idea to dress them up one night. It was so silly.
Our cute dogs are a little, in-your-face. They are so cute but a little annoying.

Kaden is on his Middle School soccer team this year. He has been so excited to play, we just missed last season by about a week when we moved here, so he has been waiting a year for this. They had their first game yesterday and lost, and the game was called short because of lightening, but on the up side Kaden got MVP of the game, he did awesome. He always gives 110%.
Kevin is coaching Tanner and Kaden's rec soccer team. They are on the same team which is very convenient. Games start this weekend. Tanner is on the Williams Field Fall Baseball Practice team, Kali is taking a Hip Hop class and a Acting/Singing/Dancing class this fall. So yes we are very busy.
