Kaden's stocking got a little too close to the fire this Christmas:(
I love to ride my bike, there is a bike path mile from my house and the path is 3 miles long, and a mile beyond that is a shopping center and the library, so I make this trek often.
I stole this off Kevin's phone. Me and my favorite dad at Lake Powell this summer.
Kevin and I had a dentist date a few months back, we could not stop laughing at each other with only half of our faces working.
Kevin is amazing, he has been training for the Tough Mudder for the last few months. A few weeks into training our Realtor Trevers asked Kevin to be part of his team for the Man Test race. It is a 5K so it was a great reality check for the Tough Mudder which is 12+ miles plus obsticals.
The day of the Tough Mudder finally came, he had 3 people on his team all from work but 2 had to drop off because of injuries. So he ran it with his friend Scott.
He finished it in just under 3 hours, he ran the whole time. Next he is going to run the Spartan race in February, that one is only 8 miles.
Fun with shadows at he dog park.

Love, Love, Love Arizona sunsets!!!!
The sun rises aren't to shabby either

Tanner's soccer team for school decided to all get mohawks. Tanner looks so tough with his.
Tanner obsesses about things, he works on them until he has it down pat. He learned to ride a unicycle, he learned to juggle, now his newest craze is the Rubics Cube. He can solve the 3x3x3 in 50 seconds, he can also solve the 2x2x2, the 4x4x4 and the 5x5x5. He is so cool, he gets quite the crowd around him at school.
He can even do cool patterns

Have I mentioned how cute my dogs are, if I haven't I will now, they are so stinkin cute. We said we wouldn't let them get on the couch but some how they have convinced us that they need to be on the couch all the time.

Our couch my have a hole in it
Kevin and I went on one of the best hikes I have every been on in my life. Camelback Mountain. It was very strenuous, but so worth it when you get to the top.

do you think this is what the stairway to heaven looks like?
There was a castle on the mountain.
Kevin taking a break enjoying the view
You hike up 1200 feet in 1 mile, it was pretty much straight up the whole time.
We made it!!!
We stopped at the top for a rest and a snack, this little guy loved my fishy crackers.
There was a 360 degree view of the whole Phoenix valley, Kevin said it was a better view than the top of the Empire State Building, I say it is very comparable.
