SUMMER

I love projects, I have to have something to do all the time.  I  love my new back yard but it has a lot of small spaces, I wanted to make a larger patio so we could fit our swing and grill and chairs and picnic table.  There was a large flower bed with no flowers just a lot of dirt.  Kaden and I hauled 87 wheelbarrows full of dirt from the back yard to the front yard under a very large pine tree.  I did 57 of those loads by myself.  Kaden was my best helper.

 We also took down 2 quaking aspen trees and about 13 large branches of the massive pine tree.  3 loads to the dump with all the stuff we took down.

 I also made a new cover for our swing

 and refinished a coffee table into an ottoman

 We took a red eye home from Hawaii, needless to say we were all pooped when we got home.  I think my puppies missed their Kali

 Kali had a performance at Seven Peaks.  She is such an amazing performer.  I just love watching her.

 All the kids did so good.

 I've loved having the kids home from school, I put them to work, it's good for them.  Kali was at girls camp for a week and so while Kevin was at work me and the boys surprised him by demolishing the basement.  I am building a salon in my laundry room.  I'm so excited to be able to make money again.

 We like to go up to Park City a couple times a year.  Loved this cool blue door

 Kali also participated in the Farmington parade again.

 Big news my little girl is growing up.  She has joined the brace face team.

 It makes her look so much older
