Tanners baseball team had a tournament yesterday in Grifton, North Carolina. It was the very first game he has played with this team. They did awesome!!! Tanner was starter pitcher, he hasn't practiced pitching to much they have him catching a lot of the time, so he was very nervous. He did very good he was striking the other team out like crazy. One kid actually hit the ball and it came right back to Tanner on the pitching mound and hit him right in the hand. He shook it off like a man. (I had to hold myself back, I wanted to run out on the field to make sure he was alright. But I didn't want him to be embarrassed.) He struck out the next kid. Then he was on first base, and got a few guys out. He also hit a double and stole home to score a point for his team. They were ahead most of the game 6 to 0. But while he was on first the other team caught up 6 to 5 . The last inning Tanner was catcher. He did such a great job they were unable to score any points and the Rangers won their first game. The coach was so proud of Tanners work on the field he awarded him the very first "Best Effort Award." All in all it was a great night. His hand is alright he didn't even get a bruise. Your the man Tan.

Way to go Tanner! I know how you feel when your kid gets hurt. You want to make it better! What a tuff kid for dealing with it. I would of needed an ice back and some loratab. The move is almost here. Wish me luck

Kim it is so good to look at your blog. Becky taught me how to do this. Hope you are enjoying your time there. Your daughters room is darling. Check out my Blog if I can figure out how to do it.
