my baby is 9!!!!

My little girl is now nine!!! I can't even believe it. She started out the celebration on Saturday
with about 15 of her closest friends, she requested a soccer themed party. Here is the invitation that she designed.
She also requested a soccer ball cake with fondant frosting.

The big cupcake was hers and the little ones were for everyone else.

The party gang, Darius, Nickole, Payton, Parker, Jaden, Tanner, Kaden,Marqueese, Haiden, Jackson, not pictured but want to mention for memories, Allie, Emma, Joshua, Jackson R.

She had a sleep over that night with Nickole and Haiden
On her real birthday May 4th she started out the day by sleeping in and going to school late, taco bell brought to her at lunch and having me eat with her. I brought her jelly beans and a balloon after school. Then we had 2 soccer games later that evening. I told Kali to get ready for soccer and this is what she came down wearing. Thanks for the cute skirt Amy, Kali wears it often.

Kali's team won!!! It was a play off game and they won, it was amazing considering that they only won one game all season. She was so excited to win on her birthday. We brought cupcakes for her whole team and they all sang for her. Kali got so much better at soccer and loves it.

We came home late that night but still needed to open presents and have cake and ice cream
We gave Kali "The Diary of a Whimpy Kid (do it yourself)" and a new comforter. She has had her old one since she was 2, and has hated it for about 2 years so I thought she might love a new one, and she did. Now we just need to make up the rest of her room for it to match. Finally get rid of the pink.
Happy Birthday Kali, I hope you had a great day. I love you so much, you try my patients daily but I couldn't ask for a more wonderful little girl.
Soccer is done for the kids. Tanner made 11 goals all season the most for his whole team. They came it second. Kaden doubled his goals from last year scoring 2 goals. They lost the first play off game, I'm not sure what place they came in. And Kali's team came in either 3rd or 4th. They all had a great time and can't wait until fall for soccer season to start up again.
Well we are off to Phoenix wish Kevin luck.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KALI!!!!! I can't believe how big you are getting!!!!

I hope your fall soccer starts in Utah and not NC.

Good luck Kevin in Arizona - make sure you are carrying your proof of citizenship while you are there - don't want any improper deportations. :-)
