We are Home!!!!!!!

Well we did it..... we moved again hopefully we will never move again.  We are now Utah residents again after 6 years 7 months and a few days we are back and so happy!!!!!

Here are just some random last minute pictures we took before we left.  This little outfit was what Kaden wore home from the hospital when he was born.  I think he has grown a little.

So glad to be out of this heat.  Although it has been above 100 here in Utah for the last couple of weeks minus a few days.
The moving truck.  It was 108 degrees the three days we moved out, miserable :(
We needed to cool off many times through out the day.
The dogs were very distraught the whole time we were moving.
Kali and I went to Borro's one last time.  It was our favorite pizza place.
We had dinner at the Worwa's the night left, it was very nice of them.  Kali and her BFF Alyssa
The Roarks last day in AZ..  happy day!!!!!
We had to drive two cars up, Kevin had already driven Tanners car up the week before.  We were towing our new massive trailer up so instead of the trip taking the regular 12 hours it took us 24 hours of driving.  Not fun at all.  My dogs hated it.
We took a break just north of St. George to let the Suburban cool down.  Kali was breathing in the cool Utah air.
A little out of order.  Kali and her cute AZ friends.
Tanner was having a really hard time saying good bye to Kelsey and her family so we let him stay for a few days extra, then he flew up.  This is him having fun at their pool
My new house.  It took us way to long to get into this house,  Kevin was so stressed out.  He came up for 10 days before we moved to get it all finalized and get the nasty wallpaper down, there was major delays on the lone and he was not able to get it closed, so when we moved up we stayed a few nights at my mom and dads, then the day finally came and it was ours.  It is ugly and a lot smaller than we are use to but I love it.  I am so happy to be home I don't care where I live.  We have an amazing yard and view, we can twick the house to love it.
We had so much help moving in it only took about an hour.  So we moved on to wall paper.  It came off so easily but now we have to remove the glue.
The house was about 90% covered in wall paper, we had it down in about 3 minutes
As Tanner and Grandma were taking down this wall paper in the main bathroom we discovered termites, not fun.
Kaden showing off how small our showers are.  I think people were smaller in the 70's
We went to sizzler to celebrate the closing on our house, because it took so long we were supposed to close on the 24th of May and did not close until the 13 of June, Tanner needed an extra tall ice cream cone.
We celebrated our 17th anniversary some where in the mix as well.  My hubby is so sweet.
My boys outside their new school.  I guess it's ok that they go Bountiful:)
We had a welcome home/ fathers day party shortly after moving in as well.  We love being close to family

Ok here are our lovely house.  We have about a .3 acre lot. With an apricot, 3 apple, 2 pear, cherry, and 2 plum trees,  raspberry bushes and strawberries.  It's been neglected for a while so it is going to require a lot of work, but I'm so excited.
This house was built in 1973, I don't think it has been updated since.
This kitchen reminds me of Napoleon Dynamites Kitchen

 Dinning room.
 Main bath
Master bedroom, ugly ugly ugly wall paper
split entry, this is the only thing I dislike about the home
Lava rock wall, wood burning fire place, in the basement
down stairs bathroom, with carpet.  gross
Kaden's room with lovely built ins and paneling
 nice big laundry room

our view,  I say we have lake front property, because of the retention pond:)
The yard,  it is a lot greener now, we love all the trees, we 15 trees total
The guy who use to love here loved gardening,  He had a very strange since of design

We had our first visitor.  There was a lot of evidence of them being in the yard but we had not seen them til now
Kali has been wanting to take dance at Legacy dance since we moved away almost 7 years ago,  she has been working so hard to get her splits, back hand springs and eveything else.  She spends more time on her head than her feet these days.

 she is getting so flexable
Tanner was so sad about leaving Kelsey.  after about a week apart , they came to Utah to visit for 3 weeks this summer, we had a great time with, we took them to all our favorite places.  Including Bear Lake

It was pretty chilly the whole time we were there.  but we had to take them to the lake.

 All the kids

cute tan

We were at the beach for about 30 min.  Nobody would get out of the car because they were so cold, so we left
Kaden and I showing off our muscles

Kali standing on the border of Idaho and Utah
This lake is one of my favorite places to go.
I know we came home every summer we have been away but you sure do miss the mountains and the green when you live in Arizona.

July 3rd fireworks at Eaglewood.  This has become one of our familys favorite holidays to look forward to.  Tanner brought Kelsey with us so she could see how fun it is.

See the bandage on tanners leg?  The Edwards took him to park city  a few day earlier, he went down the Alpine slide and flipped the sled and went down the slide and got road rash all up his body it was so sad.

 Kaden and Sammy

Our kitchen was going to be the first demo project, but after the discovery of the termites and all the damage they had done we had to do the bathroom first.  We have it all plumbed and sheetrocked and mudded, we just need to tile and get a new vanity and paint and we are all done. Kali helped my demolish it.  It was so fun I can't wait to do more.
There was only a tub, so we have turned it into a shower with my dads help

Amy, Mylie, Kali, Kaden and I went to go see the play Annie, our friend London played Annie and Sammy played Miss Hanagin
Kelsey made Tanner a blanked to Christmas and it has pretty much been at her house since, so Tanner decided to make her one so she could take it home with her and leave his here.  Every time we worked on it Charlie came and laid on it he is so cute

Walk down memory lane,  we were down town and decided to go up in the avenues to see Westons new paint job on his house.  Kevin and I lived one block away from were he lives now when we first got married.  This is the house G street and 5th ave.
July 4th.  We had a little party at Grandma's and Grandpa's.  This is Kali's firework she picked out

July 7th.  Kaden turns 15.    This is a typical position of Kaden,  He loves his Iphone.  I would say he is on it 15 hours a day, not good I know, but he is so cute how can you say no.  He is such a smart, sweet, boy, he is so easy going.  I wish he would spend more time with me and the family, but it will come.  I love this boy so much, I'm so glad he is mine.
Every summer we have been in Utah for his birthday and I think every summer we have gone to Nickle Cade, and a movie.  fun stuff.  We saw Dispiable Me2

He was at Costco right when he turned 15
We had a party for him later that night with the fam.

 beautiful sunset for his bday
We finally got a chance to take the buggies out.  We went up by the B thinking it would be a great place to go.  I don't think the buggies or the dirt bike liked the hills.  Or the Suburban for that matter.  The dirt bike over heated because Kaden didn't know he was supposed to change gears.  The purple buggie's transmission went out. and our radiator in the Suburban cracked and was leaking stuff all over.  Oh the joys of owning toys
But we sure looked cute doing it

Ok one of the reasons I love my new house.  We have been here a month and we already have raspberries and apricots and they are delicious
We also planted tomatoes, peppers and pumpkins shortly after we moved in.  The plants are getting huge
Kevin's new hobby, he loves tinkering on the cars and buggies.
I can't get over our view and beautiful sunsets we get to see almost every night

We have had so many fun storms as well, its fun to see them roll in
#26 reason why love my new house is i get to see this when I come home
#27 I get to watch my nieces and nephews
We got to see Kali, Mylie, Arie, and Ethan in a parade, It rained for the first 30 min we got soaked.  This is Kadens way to keep dry
Tanner got googly eyes from the parade. scary I know
Here is my cute Kali dancing her heart out
She got to dance and tumble the whole route, she was pretty hot and tired by the time they were done

I was trying to get a shot of a beautiful rainbow last night, and Tanner photo bombed my shot
